Job Details


The Project Manager will enhance the organization by overseeing the execution of new and existing strategic initiatives through the successful management of cross-functional projects. The position will be responsible for planning, facilitating, tracking, and reporting on assigned projects, while managing them from start to completion.


 


Position Responsibilities:



  • Understand NIHFs business cycle and processes to suggest strategic timelines for process improvements

  • Communicate upstream and downstream impacts of projects to key stakeholders

  • Manage day-to-day operations of ongoing projects

  • Implement user-friendly and efficient project management tools to improve cross-functional and cross-departmental projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Oversee new initiatives through the Go-to-Market process, from Ideation to Launch.

  • Manage and facilitate the development of programs, products, and initiatives in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Track, monitor, and report on the status of all assigned projects.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors to execute assigned projects.

  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress, as well as problems and solutions

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations.

Credentials and Experience:



  • Minimum Bachelors degree

  • 2-3+ years of direct project management experience

  • PMP Certification

  • Lean Six Sigma experience

  • Experience with Project Management tools (Project Management Software, Gantt Charts, Budget Analysis, KPIs, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
