Key job responsibilities


Under the supervision of the AVP Collateral Services perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to:

  • Order and review UCC searches based on the UCC filing activity

  • Work with branch staff to address third party liens

  • Review and complete UCC filing requests as needed

  • Review and request clarification and supporting documentation from loan documentation staff and branch staff

  • Information gathering and processing; electronic customer file maintenance

  • Work with a high degree of accuracy, with attention to numbers, details and deadlines

  • Manage information flow between department and branch portfolios

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members, other FCW staff and vendorservice providers

  • Provide backup to other functions as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


  • Basic understanding of documenting mortgage and/or commercial loans, legal requirements for documenting loans secured by real and personal property

  • Ability to recognize potential problems and solve or escalate accordingly

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail

  • Solid computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite, including experience with data-entry, scanning, and electronic filing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications


2 -5 years of related financial services experience or an AA/AS in business, accounting, or equivalent
